Actually, the industrial property rights should be exploited regularely in the legitimate competition framework.

This later should be always controled from the charged bodies inorder to have positive effects.

it would be realised when committed by the trust and honesty rules, with adopting legitimate methods.

But if the illegal means are used, it will be getting off the legal frameworks, so, it can lead to a confusion between the companies and the competitive products, or the compititor will scandal his rival to take over his customers.

In addition to that, he could do actions which cause disturbance in the market.

as a result,this could affect the interests of compititors and consumers through the illigal competition processes which were stipulated in the 10th article, and the third paragraph from Paris convention for the protection of industrial property rights.
