The research explains an important problem of millions of users around the world: how to achieve effective legal protection for consumers in the contracts of compliance, especially after the trend of many countries of the world to privatization in various aspects of life, especially goods and services, leading to monopoly companies and giant enterprises to provide basic goods and services Because of the strong consumer need for these goods and services, these companies are taking advantage of this need to impose their terms on the user through the typical contracts of these companies to put all the items without allowing the user to simply discuss these items, and The consumer finds himself has to accept it without discussion, given the need for these goods and services subject to these contracts In my research, I followed the comparative descriptive approach between the opinions of jurisprudence in the subject of the research first, and then the three laws under consideration namely the Egyptian and Bahraini civil law and the Saudi system.

It has reached some of the conclusions and recommendations that provide such effective protection to consumers in compliance contracts, such as the need to present these contracts to an independent government administration to avoid abuse by the strong party, as well as the need to expand the concept of these contracts to include some modern services such as the Internet to extend the scope of protection for users, The regulator in Saudi Arabia was brought to the attention of the regulator of the need to organize contracts of compliance with legal provisions in order to avoid a difference of judicial solutions and a consolidation of the means of achieving justice
