Abstract EN

This study aims at indentifying how case law and the administrative court system deal with administrative disputes, particularly those arising from administrative contracts (public transaction), whether by a cancellation request, or during the execution phase by judicial process either by termination or by offsetting or rebalancing at the time of implementation, in order to maintain the smooth functioning and regularity of public services on the one hand, and to protect the rights of economic agents on the other.
