Abstract EN

This study addressed the impact of training sessions for staff members in developing the skills of quality activities at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Najran University.

The research idea was expressed by observing the mistakes of faculty members in quality work, which revealed to the researcher the existence of a problem.

For data analysis a descriptive and analytical approach was set.

The research reached a number of results, including: There is a positive correlation between the effectiveness of the training sessions and the performance improvement.

There is a poor correlation between the number of sessions and performance improvement.

There is a positive correlation between the sessions quality and performance improvement.

The researcher recommend that the quality activities of the College should be concerned with the identification of training needs and focus on the content of training sessions, as well as the need to pay attention to training sessions that have a positive impact on the staff performance.
