One of the most important results of information and communication technology (ICT ) investment in the banking field is the occurrence of e- banking products which highlights the unique characteristics and features in comparison with the traditional product, for that reason they must be taken into account in the way should be marketed ,this led to the appearance of e-banking marketing that represent elements known by the bank e- marketing mix elements where each elements of them plays an effective role in acquiring customer satisfaction and loyalty to the bank which enables it to achieve a competitive advantage in comparison with the other banks.
