Electronic contract is the most important means of electronic commerce because it has a set of characteristics that distinguish it from the traditional contracts and because it is concluded in a nonphysical virtual environment and through a network which doesn't recognize the geographical borders of countries.

Electronic commerce has imposed itself globally; it has become a practical reality because of its importance in saving time and efforts and reducing expenditure, which necessitates the need to create a legislative regulation for this type of contract.

That legislative regulation would protect the consumer from the fraud that he may suffer from when concluding such a contract.

The importance of the current study lies in the fact that dealing with electronic contract is so increasing that it has become a reality imposed on individuals as well as countries as it saves time, efforts and money.
