This study aims to present the nature of the different fiscal policies and their impact to attract the foreign investment to Algeria regard to its importance of the economic growth while the oil price and the demand are falling down.

This had led some experts to talk about the future of the oil predicting that the oil countries would face financial crises the next decade if the investment doesn't expand.
