The Pharaonic civilization, is one of the oldest human civilizations in which women are treated with great respect, women have occupied a privileged position among the ancient Egyptians, and enjoyed social and economic rights, legal and political equal to men, where enjoyed Pharaonic eligibility full judicial woman was her financial independence about the man, and was able to manage own property and manage public property.
Pharaonic civilization contributed, in the embodiment of legal thought to protect women's rights, when it was established during the reign of eighteen councils of the country's governing family justice and calls for the need to apply the standard of justice on women, where it became the right of every individual within the religious rights to preserve his body after his death especially that embalming was not public rights as practiced by princes and kings layer only.
