Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the requirements of the application of the Musataha (Land development Lease) as a source of sports investment in sports clubs.

The research concluded the importance of financing in general in sports clubs in providing the necessary money to achieve the objectives of these clubs and the requirements of their work and sustainability.

The researcher recommended the need to apply Mustaha method as to provide the sport installations which the sport clubs need and Which need to be supplemented by the budget of these clubs with the necessary money to meet the expenses of their activities and local and international participation without relying on a single source of government support .
