Therefore, standards are the most important means of assessment and diagnosis of weaknesses and strengths in the measured subject, including the organization of tournaments.

The significance of research in the need to notify the players and those interested in swimming sport that there must be a measure to give a numerical value to evaluate the organization of the competitions organized by the Central Union or sub-through the Committee competitions in the Union to be a number of this evidence of the development in the field of organizing competitions and therefore is an assessment of the organizers' efforts.

The research problem lies in the organizers 'question about the swimming competition is the value of the success of the organizers' efforts and the success of the tournament at the organizational level.

The answer to this question is often through subjective estimates.

There is no measure of this organizational situation that gives the objective number of the level of organization.

Therefore, the researchers sought to solve this problem using the descriptive method.

The sample of the research was (22) competitions and the scientific bases of the measure were collected.( validity, consistency, objectivity, discriminating ability and degree of difficulty).
