Because judo game evolved and increased the practice area inside Iraq, it was necessary to identify ways to address the difficulties and obstacles faced by Judo to find out the reality of Judo because of its important role in disrupting or hindering the progress of the game.

The researchers see it necessary to upgrade Judo through uncovering the difficulties and obstacles to determine the philosophy of Judo and the objectives sought by the Iraqi Federation to achieve and expand to build a large base in the exercise of the game and the need because of the lack of scientific research in the field of judo and planning for long periods and medium-term as well as not including them in curriculum of college of physical education and sport sciences and programs and lack of physical and moral motivation of the player or coach, which encourages the continuation of the game , and the media does not also help in dissemination of Judo
