Abstract EN

The present study aimed at developing the quality standards for school management in the School Performance Development System in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the experiences of some Countries,, study used a descriptive method also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (50) experts.

The results of the study showed that the percentage of approval by the study experts on the proposed Standards reached (95.2%), which is very large in all areas: strategic planning, leadership of students' Teaching and learning processes, management of staff, managerial skills, professional growth and continuous professional development, Financial and material, community partnership, ICT and ethical values.
