Abstract EN

The present research reviews Qur'anic semantic function for the silent language as being the most important means of communication among humans.

Talking is not the only way that we express ourselves; rather, there is what is known as the silent language.

We often move and express what we say through certain movements and gestures while talking with others.

Those movements, whether using face, hands, the whole body, the way to sit or walk are regarded as a separate science equivalent to the spoken one or maybe preceding it in different communicative contexts.

When you communicate with others, you act in two ways to express, i.e.

speaking and movement.

It is difficult to keep your body or your addressee’s body static, but there are body movements, which represent aids to convey meanings to others and affect them significantly
