The modern era is the era of pressure, which is the disease of this age, the enemy of the first, the human, and the world economy, where pressure has become a manifestation of human life, which can not be avoided, Contemporary societies, pressures, damage, and negative effects.

Search Goal: 1 - Disclosure of the impact of study variables in the sources of pressure for working women.

2 - Disclosure of the impact of study variables in stress management strategies for working women.

3 - Disclosure of the impact of study variables on the quality of family life of working women.

4- To establish the relationship between pressure management strategies and the quality of family life of working women.

5 - Identify the most influential factors in stress management strategies for working women.

Identify the most important factors affecting the quality of family life of working women.

Search reached: 1 - There are differences of statistical significance between the average scores of the sample in the sources of pressure, depending on the variables of the study.

2 - There are differences of statistical significance between the average scores of the sample, in the strategies of stress management of working women, depending on the variables of the study.

3 - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in the quality of family life in working women, depending on the variables of the study.

4- There is a correlation between the axes of the stress management strategies and the focus of identifying the quality of family life.

The percentage of participation of factors influencing stress management strategies varies.

The percentage of participation of factors affecting the quality of family life is different.

I recommend searching on: 1 - the need to strengthen self-confidence, and attention to the principle of personal care, selfdevelopment, and to enrich the knowledge, rights and duties.

To contribute to supporting and encouraging working women to find a balance in their family and professional life, which is of great importance in helping them achieve quality of performance and quality of life.

3 - Prepare seminars, courses and booklets containing ideas, programs and methods to exploit stress management strategies optimally.

4 - Urge the media to pay attention to programs and seminars that discuss the quality of family life, because of its great importance in family relations.
