Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the reality and the roles of the administrative leadership of Algerian women inside .a field stady in the Organizations of Biskra (educational-commercial) represented a sample study in a group of women's 50 women, and women who occupy some positions of leadership management in their enterprises, and women ranging between the ages 38- 51snh, were selected in a Simple random sampling way، we have in this study following the descriptive and analytical approach,, we've use questionnaire prepared by the researcher To answer the following question: What is the reality of the leading roles played by women in Algerian Organizations was reached set of results: - Interest in Informal groups which is a group made up naturally .
