The firm management in general case and the financial management in special one are interested in financial planning, this interest revealed in the last years because of troubles and problems faced by economic firms which often lead to crisis; this in order to guarratee the maintaining and the stability in the market and then realize the profits The multiple financial relations between the firm and outdoors and also the financial resources limit provided to the investment and its lack make the firm persuaded to the necessity of the financial planning in its several activities , if the firm relies on the financial planning which is organized and aimful scientifically, it will raise its capacity to face the crises and its management We tried to take turn of this financial planning facing the crises and its management on one of the economic firms which is Gas and Electricity national firm -Medea- the questionnaire is used as study tool and after the gotten analysed results, we noticed that the firm count on the financial planning provides the information that help it to discover the deviations and treat them before they become crises
