Abstract EN

This study aimed to indicate the role of the application of food industry organizations for an information system of production in improving the quality of the product.

And to achieve the objectives of this study.

we developed a special questionnaire to collect data from a study simple which consisting of (40) Organizations were selected randomly from the Population of the study of organizations of food industries in the industrial city in “Sheikh Najjar”.

it’s number (97) Organizations, we distributed (80) questionnaire, and we restored (60) of them.

The study recommended giving the importance of documentation and electronic archiving and for all activities and production processes, and move beyond reliance on the records and papers processed manually, and conducting, composition and training of workers in the use of computer applications and information system of production at these organizations
