Abstract EN

The shift towards e-management has become a universal focus that encourages the adoption of electronic services, including public electronic services.

Several countries have taken initiatives to adopt e-management.

Other countries have experienced difficulties and challenges in this area, notably Algeria, which is moving towards the adoption of e-management, As well as improving the level of these public services.

To this end, we will try in our study to demonstrate the level of preparedness of Algeria to achieve a level of efficiency intended to reform public services through the adoption of electronic management.
