Abstract EN

This study focused on the impact of adopting a quality management system (ISO 9000) on the enterprise organisational process, this system is concidered as a system based on specific criteria and aims to achieve a modern management style, which represent a challenge for the organizational process in the entreprise.

The empirical side of the study was done on the certifying industrial enterprises at the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj, and the results confirmed the existence of a positive impact of adopting quality management system on the organizational process, with a disparity in this impact between the different contents of this process.
