Abstract EN

We discuss in this paper the subject of Six Sigma in particular DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analysis, Improve & Control), and the extent to which they can be applied to improve the quality of higher education institutions, starting with the concept of Six Sigma traits and applications, with show the necessity and importance of higher education services in adopting modern methods to improve operations and services.

In addition, we have referred to the availability of basic requirements in universities and the success of the Six Sigma, such as: human requirements, organizational and technical.
