The strategic partnership between Russia and China as a new orientation after the cold war turns around their efforts to create a multi polar world and face the unique polar world or the American pole world.

Therefore the two countries are obliged to unify their vision and overcome their divergences and concentrate on pushing back the logic unique pole through a change in the balance of power since the history of Russia and China does not allow them to play a minor role in international relations.

While Russia inherited a critical situation from the Soviet Union and she is seeking to regain its international grandeur, China with its weight and its conditions of development became a power that never accepts to play a minor role.

And from this focal point the two countries developed new orientations to face the American hegemony and push the balance of power in international relations towards a multi polar world.

And one of the main manifestations of this strategic partnership in politics is Shanghai Organization of Cooperation which is the main point of this participation.
