Abstract EN

The present study aimed to reveal the range of propriety aims, content, mechanizes which used to execute and assessment citizenship project which execute by Teacher Creative Centre (TCC) in prep schools in united nations relive and work agency(UNRWA) from teachers and principals prospective in Gaza governorates, and indentified the effects of citizenship project in reinforcement Civic Values in students, and revel if there is significant differences in sample response due to variable(gender-job nature) and reveal obstacles faced executing citizenship project and ways to get over it, the researcher used descriptive analytic method, the study tools was questionnaire and interview, the study sample consisted from (68) teachers & principals male and female which participated in project, the date analyzed by (SPSS0 program, the first dimension project aims got a relative percentage (79.01), the second dimension content got a relative percentage (72.11), the third dimension mechanizes got a relative percentage (79.42), the force dimension assessment got a relative percentage (73.46), the fifth dimension project effects got a relative percentage (80.80), the total degree of questionnaire got a relative percentage (76.96), the study revealed that there is no statistical significant differences due to variable gender meanwhile the study reveal there is statistical significant differences due to variable job nature, it was for favor of teachers, the study revealed some obstacles which faced executing project like: Non sufficient budget to execute the project, improper time of executing the project, a lot of administrative and academics loads lying on teachers, un sufficient mass media covering for project, in the end of the study, the researcher introduced a number of suggestions to get over on obstacles which facing executing citizenship project.
