The current article attempts to address the importance of using the term critic-semiotics example in order to build the language of specialization more effective.

Thus it was obligatory to show the obstacles to reach that .because of what concerns the huge studies in the field of semiotics on one hand the role of translation in interpreting the terms in Arabic and in adopting it.

In addition to that, the same term that has different interpretation can be employed in different fields of knowledge, or can be borrowed from other fields.
