Marriage is a psychological and legitimate right for the disabled، but several problems prevented its spread and didn’t encourage this type of marriage.

So، what are the most prominent problems،and what solutions allow as to avoid or reduce the said damage?We adopt the descriptive analytical approach by presenting the disabled peoples marriage psychological and legal problems، Within the framework of the greatness of Islamic Shari'ah to the category of the disabled and Muslim community Unfairness toward them! Also، the disregard of the legal provisions and the prescribed commandments is often the cause of the large failures of disabled marriages.

By consequence، we came up with a set of recommendations; the major of them is the need to seek the enactment of laws guaranteeing the disabled right to marriage، and the creation of endowment funds to sustain the disabled families.
