This article deals with the dimensions of innovation concepts, which has become a dire necessity that most of institutions are seeking to attain.

It is the target of institutions, which are living in an environment characterized by conflict for development and existence.

The development of competitive feature is linked to the degree of its responsiveness towards its environment.

Innovation has become one of the fundamental ways and pillars for any advantage competitive construction to sustain the constancy of any institution and to overcome its competitors especially we are living in a constant severe change.

On This basis, innovation is considered a constant concern for the researchers and the administrators.

This article reveals the relationship between the innovation and the competitive economic organization.

We have come up with some results through which some recommendations have been suggested.
