Abstract EN

This article aims to highlight the impact of strategic and operational practices of human resource management in building competitive advantages in Algerian medium enterprises.

The paper relied on studying a collection of both public and private enterprises which are active in a various sectors; such as, building and public works, industry and services in Setif.

The data were collected through the use of questionnaire.

According to the case study conducted, it was revealed that both of strategic and operational human resources management affects positively the fact of constructing competitive advantages to these enterprises which take an important position on the overall level of the national economy in general, and Setif in particular
