The chronic disease of the child is a major public health concern.
It requires the implementation of multidisciplinary support for the affected child, The interest in this monitoring, from an early age, allows an early adaptation to a particular experience related to the chronic disease and promotes the absence of a break in the follow-up care in adolescence completing a personalized program of care whose objective is to improve his quality of life.

La maladie chronique de l’enfant est une préoccupation majeure de santé publique.
Elle nécessite la mise en oeuvre d’un accompagnement pluridisciplinaire de l’enfant atteint, L’intérêt porté à ce suivi, dès le plus jeune âge, permet une adaptation précoce à un vécu particulier relatif à la maladie chronique et favorise l’absence de rupture dans le suivi des soins à l’adolescence, complétant un programme de soins dont l’objectif est d’améliorer sa qualité de vie.
