Abstract EN
This current study aims to raise the role of the effectiveness of coping strategies in professional situations.
For this purpose respondents were trained on certain cognitive methods such as: cognitive reconstruction, and problem solving.
This study is divided into two sections: the theoretical section which encompasses the problem and the hypotheses.
In the practical section we have the research methodology, the sample, the research tools, and the coping strategies used to train the respondents to the professional environment.
End of the research results with a general conclusion.

Cette actuelle étude a pour but de monter le rôle de l’efficacité des stratégies de coping dans les situations professionnelles.
Pour cela les répondants ont été formés sur certaines méthodes cognitives tels que : la reconstruction cognitive, et la résolution du problème.
Cette étude est divisée en deux sections : la section théorique qui englobe la problématique et les hypothèses.
Dans la section pratique on a la méthodologie de la recherche, l’échantillon, les outils recherche, et les stratégies de coping utilisés pour entrainer les répondants au milieu professionnel.
en fin exposition des résultats de la recherche avec une conclusion générale
