The aim of this study was to uncover the effectiveness of an educational program based on the social constructivism theory / the Generative Learning model in Islamic education subject in developing Dialogue Skill among tenth grade students in the light of their motivation towards learning .

the study sample consisted of (62) female students who were randomly selected from the tenth grade students, of Zainab Al-Hilalia Governmental School for Girls / Jordan (Moe), divided into two groups: experimental group consisted of (32) students studied according to the,(G.L.M).

The second was controlled group, consisted of (30) students studied according to the usual method; Then, the researcher applied a motivation scale for learning to classify female students according to their motivation towards learning (High / Low) before the study start.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the appropriate study tools were prepared related to preparation of the teacher guide by replaning the lessons (1-15) from the book of Islamic education for the tenth grade according to (G.L.M) , in addition to the motivation scale for learning, and dialogue skill which consisted of (45) paragraph of the type of choice of alternatives , the scale was applied on the experimental and control groups before and after the study .

In order to answer the study questions, the researcher used the computational averages, Mancova analysis, and Eta square, to measure the effect of the experimental variable .

The study results shows the following: 1-The experimental group was distinguished from the control group in the post- test of the dialogue skill 2-there is a significant relationship of statistical indication at (α = 0.05) Level among the averages of the experimental and control group grads in the post-test for the dialogue skill .

3-there isn’t any significant relationship of statistical indication at (α = 0.05) Level among the averages of the experimental and control group grads For interaction between the skill dialogue and motivation for learning .

in the light of the study results , the researcher has introduced a number of recommendation: 1- Reviewing the usual method strategies used in the classroom in general , and pay attention to those that will encourage students to participate positively and effectively in the process of their learning and take responsibility especially the Generative Learning Model Suggestions : Doing other studies similar to the present study in order to reveal other aspects of research that were not revealed in this study to give morerealistic picture of the (G.L.M) in deferent subjects and classes
