The academic field has benefited from information and communication technology like other fields, economic, political and social.

So that university has benefited from the advancement of digital media in its diverse curriculum and research tools and improved teaching performance.

Thus, the study reveals the university professor's exploitation of the new media in improving quality competencies and adopting suitable ways to develop teaching performance in order to achieve good standards of reform.
