The social environment is deemed one of the important factors that enhance the human being to crime, because the troubles in the family can lead its members to delinquency, among others we cite some reasons such as problem of social education, conflicts between parent, divorce, violence, absence of mother or father…in addition to the economic and social conditions of the family notably poverty, unemployment…furthermore, we cannot underestimate the role of the preoccupation of the parents and their abandon of their responsibility for some tasks that became the best field of medium.

In this perspective it is necessary to struggle against this big number of crimes by stopping their penetration in the secure societies.

The thing which implies the prevention of delinquency before its perpetration on the field by the cooperation between all the actors: family, judges, teachers, consultants
