This paper tackles the impact of the deprecation of the national money to the lowest level.

In camparison with the foreign money which will have a great impact on the material effects to the dessolution of the conjugal relationship; especially for the right of cohabitation and the material because of its importance in the evaluation of the compensation deemed by the judge of the family.

That why this depreciation will lead surelly to the weakness of the baying hability of the citizen which effect passivelly to the real value of the cohabitation and the materials.

That why the family judge has to take into consideration the real value of the money ; natably in the case of destruction or missing.

Furthermore, he has to decide a compensation which is fit with the real value of the money on one hand, and which responds to the needs of the devorced woman on the the other hand.
