This study aims to find out the quality of health services provided in the level of public hospital Ophthalmology in Béchar from the viewpoint of patients and their impact on the degree of their satisfaction, and toidentify whether thereis a difference in their views about the level of service provided due to their demographic characteristics.The study comes up with the following major conclusions: an existing impactof the level of quality of health services provided on patient satisfaction, no remarkable difference in patients' attitudes towards the quality of health service provided depending on their demographic characteristics.
