Muslims have to adhere to the teachings of Sharia in general and especially the inheritance matters, whereas, most of its provisions have been interested in The Koran itself.

However, there are contemporary Muslims who dare to infringe the rules of Sharia in this field through different actions and motives.

Therefore this research aims to monitor these unlawful conducts in a particular community which is the Sufi community
