Abstract EN

This study demonstrates interesting of Maalikis by Tarjih in their compositions, where scientists emerged in the doctrine who have had the ability to understand the text, including the elicitation, taking into account changing of circumstances, reality and interests.

Hence, it was necessary to be for each stage appropriate provisions.

So scholars confronted to this matter, and they have studied the different opinions in the doctrine based on the strength of evidence, interests or custom which constitute the most important rules of Tarjih in Maalikis.
