The study aims to clear the reality of the impact of job satisfaction on the employees performance in the algerian services companies through a case study of the public hospital of Arris (Batna wilayat).

It was found that job satisfaction had a statistically significant positive effect on the performance of the workers.

The coefficient of correlation between them was 0.34 and the coefficient of determination was 0.115, ie 11.5% of the change in the human performance of the institution is explained by the change in job satisfaction; The regression of performance on job satisfaction was statistically significant at Y = 0.327 X + 1.879.

In addition, both levels of job satisfaction and human performance are average in the institution, respectively, at 2.81 and 2.80.
