دور تحليل الاستراتيجي swot في تحسين أداء المنظمة الاقتصادية : دراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن الزيبان القنطرة-بسكرة

Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the role of the SWOT analysis in improving the performance of Mills Alziban- Alkantra companyin in Biskra.to achieve the stady objectives ,a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 12 participants witch coresponds all the managers of this company.

The research analysed the collected data by using the the statistical analysis SPSS program.

The study concluded the following results:  the strengths and weaknesses analysis has a role in improving the performance of the Mills Alziban company.

 the opportunities and threats analysis has not a role in improving the performance of the Mills Alziban company.

 The study recommends the necessity of adopting the strategic analysis to ensure the survival and continuity in the market  the company must exploited the available human and material capacity.
