The Progress and prosperity of the public organizations dépends primarily on the acquisition of human resources and featured administrative competencies with knowledge, skills and high capacities on one side, and on the quality of the business and the offered facilities services on the other side.

Here emerges the importance of this study, which aims to address the problem of balancing the administrative work and facility services to improve administrative efficiency.

To examine this Relationship, We relied on a specific case study methodology and selected Barika's court as a model of field study based on interviews and observations.
