The rapid development now underway in an environment of business organizations impose change and the shift to earn a bet competitiveness and survival, of this fact, the survival of the organization and its growth is highly dependent on the achieved results beyond those achieved by the competitors, and increasing the effectiveness and integration into the kinetics of the global economy, any search achieve outstanding performance in an era of change, which necessitated the fact that the organization has no choice but to change.

Accordingly, The aims of this study was to identify the theoretical framework of change and change management, and show the challenges of change for organizations in the business environment Arabic, and to highlight the mechanisms of change in the Arab organizations to reduce the impact of challenges
