Abstract EN

This article aims at studying the skill of speaking, as it is one of the four skills that non-speakers of Arabic should master through modern technological techniques ; it also elucidates the importance of using multimedia in the teaching and learning process.

In the same vein, the article goes further in order to deal with the major role that animated cartoons play in the acquisition and development of the speaking skill of non-speakers of Arabic.

Interestingly, the focus goes deeper so as to highlight some learning difficulties that learners find in their journey of learning this focal skill.

Furthermore, many pedagogical perspectives have been recommended to override some learning difficulties so as to achieve the targeted educational success, based on many pedagogical field studies.
