Abstract EN

This study deals with the relationship between human talent management practices and the level of performance of employees in some Saudi government universities (Taibah, Islamic, Umm Al Qura University).

The results indicate that there is a significant positive effect of the talent management practices under study: Attracting and recruitment talents - motivating and developing talent - Performance management - Empowering talent - Developing the career path - retention talents) in the performance of the employees.

The relative importance of the talent management practices studied varies in their impact on the performance of the employees and their ranking As follows: (career development - performance management - talent empowerment - talent retention - Attracting and recruitment talents)
