Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify range of availability of the dimensions of the Learning Organization at SONATRACH enterprise from the point view of its employees, and indentify differences in the responses of the sample according to the variable (College - years of experience – the nature of the work), and put some proposals procedures to develop the institution of SONATRACH in the light of concept learning organization .it’s adopted the descriptive statistics to describe the perceptions of the respondents about their organization it’s as an Learning Organization.

That is used asset of statistical methods witch are most notably the analysis of variance (ANOVA) .

The data tackled statistically by program SPSS 17, All characteristics has got Medium degree except characteristic of «control procedures and dialogue» .

The results of the study suggested first that participants’ highest perceived level of the action imperative for the learning organization was strategic leadership, whereas connect the organization to its environment was the lowest.

The study revealed no significant differences were found between participants’ perceived effects of the learning organization and their demographic characteristics.
