This study analyses the impact of investment in human capital on economic growth in Algeria during the period (1970-2009), by using the Fully-Modified OLS.
Through this methodology, estimated the real export growth elasticity (0.5091), and proportion of spending on education elasticity (-0.3461), and Inflation rate (-0.0745), real exchange rate elasticity (-0.0488).
the Results of study indicate weakness of the effectiveness of investment in human capital in economic growth Investigation in Algeria.
