Abstract EN
This study aims to look for the impact of the share of physical education and sports by improving self-esteem, as well as teach them some social skills.
In light of this study, we used a descriptive analytical method which is best suited to this study, as we used a measure of self-esteem and a measure of social skills, where the sample included 60 pupils from some high schools médéa province has sample was divided into two groups and one exercise and non-exercise of these activities and each one made up 30 pupil.
At the conclusion of this study that we share for physical education and sports an important and effective role in increasing the level of self-esteem, as well as contribute to teach them some social skills as we reached that there is a direct correlation between the practice of this share and the level of social skills and self-assessment.
