Abstract EN

This study aims to detect the phenomenon of application of developmental and organizational change in the Directorate of Maintenance of Laghouat province " Sonatrach DML" , and identifying the most important individual and organizational obstacles to apply this program in order to make change and development at all levels of the organization both at the level of : individuals and groups, technology and business systems, organizational structure and attempts to find ways to treat these obstacles and detect how is it different and intensive and to attempt to reach the best answers for overcome those boundaries.
