Abstract EN

The renewal of administrative provinces is considered one the most important topics that were preoccupied by mass media in Algeria while ago .

They were just a project in 2010,they were put into practice in 2015 when two decrees were announced, the first one is the presidential decree n:15/140 which includes development of the provinces and the second one is the executive n:15/141 that contains organizing and functioning the administrative province.

The two decrees consist of renewal 10 administrative provinces at of Algerian south’s 8 states that are managed by secondment governors .The decrees are considered as an adding quality that the legislator attempts to achieve many aims and reducing the burden on the state.
