Abstract EN

This study aims to examine Algerian oil sector, and to identify its oil capabilities , size of the revenue from export of oil and its relation to oil prices in the world markets, and how can the industry be compensated for the potential depletion of the oil wealth, and reducing its reliance on hydrocarbon revenues as the sole source of income, and thus diversify the economy and make it more capable to withstand the fluctuations that affect the hydrocarbon sector.

The results show the weakness contribution of the Algerian industry in the GDP out of petroleum, which need to develop and restructuring the industrial sector
