The breadth of the arbitration laws and its adjustments contributed to differences between both the arbitrators and the arbitration method which increased the players' protests against the arbitrators who sometimes take extempore decisions that further the players antagonism.

On the other hand, the absence of big specialized schools in arbitration prevented the habilitation and higher formation of the arbitrators that reflected negatively on their decisions and led to errors that may cause the public as well as the players upheaval and dangerous actions that oppose the noble goals of the football sport.
