Freedom of expression, this right is one of the fundamental human rights and the first pillar of every free and democratic society, it cannot be without it exercise the rest of individual and collective rights freely, so we should devoted it unequivocally, and protect it from all interference, every person has the right to freedom of opinion and expression, this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
