We take in this article is the subject of technical knowledge because of their economic and legal significance in the process of life, so that occupies technical knowledge important place and prominent among industrial property issues and that what raised the thorny and complex issues, both on the know-how nationwide in major industrialized countries or at the international level to mark the transfer of those countries to developing countries.

That is why we are basically looking for the legal basis for the protection of technical knowledge by copyright and related rights, the lack of a special law to protect them.
